The universal guide to creation.

Step one, copy the template into a new topic.
Step Two, fill in what you know.
Step Three, Ask questions if you need help on filling out certain sections of a template; That's what Admin are for, aswell as mods and junior mods/admin.
-Step four, check for error within the writing.
-Step five, place a tag in the title giving us "Name[tag info(Work in progress-wip, complete)] and Rank/village" The last part will change to "Type(Ninjutsu, genjutsu, ect)" if a jutsu.

A generic guide will be added to assist creation.
