Limited, Banned, and Semi-limited.

As you know, the Naruto realm contains many jutsu, weapons, and people who are over the top in power and talent Their techniques and jutsu will be allowed on this forum, but if a mod, admin, or I say no to a jutsu because it is too powerful, it is because it is from here. Any jutsu with a similar power to any of these jutsu will be denied, weakened, or edited.

-Chidori, and lightning blade techniques.
-Rasingan techniques
-Speed jutsu that act like body flicker or flying thunder god.
-Teleportation Techniques
-S rank Sharingan Techniques.
-Custom Doujutsu clans with powers the are used as Sharingan, Byakugan, or Rinnegan in any form. (Exceptions, Chakra Sence, High perception to attacks. Note: seeing the chakra network is for Byakugan only, you may see type and amount however. 360 degree vision can only be used by Byakugan.)
-Sage Techniques (Any made will be denied, unless proof of permission via me is in the topic.)
-Resurrection of the dead.
-Curse Marks, (note: fuuinjutsu masters at high enough level may create one at a certain point.)
-Lightning chakra armor. (note that an elemental ninjutsu user devoted to lightning ninjutsu has a chance of using this in a weaker format.
-Kekkei Genkai Implants. No, never, not happening. (Plot has juristiction over this.[spoiled])
-Non kkg advance elements. Ice ninjutsu was said only to be used by Haku, after his clan was obliterated. Reviving his clan will allow Ice back into the forum. The same will go for other cannon elements from the manga; the manga will always have higher credibility because fillers are made up. Some Clans will be revived when certain ones fill up.
-Clan members in the wrong village. I do not allow any clan to multilocate. A custom clan may be split into to villages at max.
-Chakra abzorbing power is a no.
-Completly unavoidable attacks. (Those are op.)
-Completly impenatroble defences.
-Creation Rebirth can be used but limited.
-Dark chakra can be made into a triple element kgt, but only one clan is allowed to have it.
-Surviving Decaptitation. The only way to survive is if you are a Jashin follower.
-Imortality will not be allowed, but Kinjutsu used to replace body parts, or even a puppet bodys are allowed but limited.
-light element. This element alone has the power to destroy evil, it represents the grace and harmony of life that destroys evil. One light Clan is allowed, but limited to my digression.
-Bijuu controlling. No, only jinchuuriki and the strongest Sharingan my control their bijuu by training their power constantly.
-Twilight element is banned.
-porn or sexual related things are insta banned and one and only on warning will be given to remove the content.
-Jaraiya's jutsu that sees through walls and objects.
