Rules over all things

1. Do not insult another member via chatbox, posting, or pm. If you are caught doing so, you will recive a warning only once and loose certain privlages. Flamming and spamming are treated the same way.

2. Double Posting in spam topics isn't allowed since certain systems will be effected. Double posting is not permited except to call hits. (A failure to follow battle rules or time limitations are not met.)

3. Do not constantly ask a mod or admin to approve anything. They can ask me to remove you from the chat box or recieve an IP ban depending on the severity of your ignorant patience.

4. Mods and Admin cannot ask for passwords from any members. Anyone wishing to give theirs out to a certain person must state so to me, the head of all things.

5. Bullies will be kicked if they are arrogent enough to go about threatening killing other members of lower rank in the chat box.

6. Invasions from missing ninja and/or the Akatsuki are only permitted by me. Any missing ninja or Akatsuki willing to go on a killing sprey, or step into a village is subject to fighting until killed or exit. No outsider of the village may control npc, as they ARE NOT AUTO HIT, because the ones being used go through the approval process, but NPC with no approved application are treated like air, and now auto hit-able. Npc spawned per topic are limited to the following chart.

Missing Ninja PC invasion.
C-rank PC: One A rank Npc
B-rank PC: Two A rank Npc
A-rank PC: Three A rank Npc, or one S rank Npc.
S-rank Pc: Three or more A rank Npc and an S-rank Npc.
Akatsuki
C-rank PC: Two A rank Npc.
B-rank Pc: Three A rank Npc.
A-rank Pc: Four A rank Npc or One S rank Npc.
S-rank Pc: Up to three S rank Npc and any number of A rank Npc.
Note: Npc created during an invasion are not allowed to join unless the original posted Npc was created, but not approved, before the invasion. Invasions can only be started if the attackers have fewer members than the village being attacked, but only if it is a group of 5-9 attacking. 10+ Require at least 5 A rank Npc to be made and approved by the defending village. Attacking invaders may not use Npc to invade. All villages are given A-rank 4 Npc at the start, but can only be created by the respective Kage. An Npc kage can be made if no pre-exsisting Pc kage has been created, and only by an admin. If an Npc kage is created before a Pc kage comes, he or she wishing to become kage becomes the apprentice kage and will use the Npc Kage as a sensei instead of fighting. After the 4 npc created by the kage are created (being that they're A-rank+) 4 B-rank may be created by the Pc of the village. See Npc creation for more details.

7. New staff, for the first three weeks, cannot approve S rank characters without my say-so. Admin are required to know about the forum's plot, open ranks, and forbidden jutsu lists at all times; I don't want noob admins approving op gods when that slot is clearly taken, especially when they have jutsu far beyond typical medical ninjutsu. See ban lists and open ranks to see if any spots are taken.

8. If a mod/admin says no, don't ask another one. Loop holes shall be filled with tar and rocks. Any one caught will have their application stripped of forbidden-jutsu and/or rank.

9. Calm down, no one needs to be "Sasuke" obsessed with power all the time.

10. Plagerism will result in IP ban. No questions asked if proof is clear and/or you start acting defencive, even pushy about lies. A trial will be conducted by me, and I alone.

11. Just because you have Kage status does not mean you have the freedom to approve characters for your village; no mod or admin may approve characters into their own user-group. Akatsuki shall not approve Akatsuki, ect. Additionaly, Mod or admin wishing to deny an application with an ability that they themself have, must be cleared by me; "If you have it, why not lewis?" Forbidden jutsu are the exception (Including other 1 per user things). As Owner it is my right to limit anyone I see stronger than they need to be; I run a fair-ish forum, but I do consider that people have customization rights for power.

12. New rules can be added to avoid further loop holes from spreading.

13. If you want power, you must earn it. Any rank above B must post at least 200 words per post. I understand the feeling of depression, if you need a day off take one. My muse is random, so I'm not always Mr. 500 words everday. Post what you can. One sentece posts will be voided and auto hit will be activated. A small paragraph to avoid 3 attacks will be heavily read for calling hits. If a jutsu has hand seals, and the poster states, "uses jutsu", they are considered to meet the hand seal needs; however, the following example is used to make fighting realistic.

Joe leaped into the air and drove his heel down with his super strength, chakra enhanced, ability. He would aim for Garret's head."

This attack showes that Joe spent his attack using heaven kick of pain. While using simple rules from other Rp sites, it sounds as if Joe was really strong. But the next post will blow him away.

"As Garret acted on reaction he used replacement jutsu when Joe's feet left the ground. His body would replace with a log covered in explosive notes, and would detinate within milliseconds."

This is a very well thought counter to heaven's kick of pain, because of his enemy's use of attack.

"Joe used replacement jutsu to escape the explosion of tags, then appear behind Garret with his fist punching him back."

Now, Joe made a critical error; he used replacement jutsu to escape the explosion and appear behind Garret. This is a combination of meta-gaming and god moding; one, Joe would not have known garret replaced with tags, because his character did not give a legit reason to how he knew. Second, even if he did use replacement jutsu, he would never know where garret went; Replacement jutsu would be enough consealment to get away without Joe knowing. Now Garret can call the hit(s) on Joe.

ooc: calling the hit, Joe didn't have a logical reason to use replacement jutsu when I did. And if you make one up, it wouldn't matter since your post lacked the reason. I'm acting according to the auto hit.

IC:
Garret's replacement jutsu was enough to escape H'sKoP and hurt Joe, however Garret's own attack back fired since he was not far enough himself. He didn't know what happened to Joe, but he was sure he was gone, along with part of the forest. Garret's arm was covered in blood, along with his leg, for being within the farthest reach of replacement jutsu, his own, unthoughtout plan hurt him."

Alright, now you also see replacement jutsu didn't get garret far away from the fight, infact he didn't think far enough ahead. Calling a hit, does NOT mean controlling the other player. It is now Joe's turn to post what was damaged, but because the hit was called, he must take damage according to the power of the explosive tag used at close range. Normally death punishment from that, but...

Joe's body burst into flame, as the explosion obliterated the area. His body, being human, was swallowed by energy and eaten by the attack. The only thing left of him were the two adamant earings and some metal weapons. His own exploding tags were caught in the blast, resulting in a larger crator and area of effect. Joe's body was gone, but his soul rose into the heavens, to be trailed by the creator. Joe wasn't the brightest of men, but he was loyal to his village, was that enough?"

Perfect example of what explosions do, and why carring them can be bad. Garret, does have to add more damage to himself since Joe brought up his own paper bombs as ooc revenge to make Garret's attack more lethal to himself. Garret now must follow that and add another bruise, maybe even a broken bone, depending on what he rp's.

14. An inactive member who holds a special jutsu or ability will loose that privlage, and will be stripped within one full week of unexcused abscence. Bijuu hosts are hard pressed for this. If a host goes inactive while fighting the character is considered to release the beast. Inactivity starts two days after being a.w.o.l. If an excuse is given for being late, then proof must be given, and it will be a final warning. If the beast is released anyone in the topic is subject to its attacks. Once released the PC dies, and the bijuu becomes an SSS ranked Npc. The bijuu shall be controlled by me or another admin who isn't already in the topic. Users who comeback with legit excusses may void their time gone, but if it happens again, it's gone.

15. Post in your signature when you are inactive so that anyone looking for you will not freak out and call hits. Plan ahead; Bijuu hosting is a full time job, make room.

16. Akatsuki wishing to steal Bijuu must wait until the given host has had two months of Rp-ing before you steal the bijuu. Any Akatsuki member who can, may kidnap the host after one month, but must wait another month before they seal. Aslo the sealing statue is obliterated, so meh.

17. Pornographic content is illegal, as well as selling/buying drugs in person. Anyone caught joking around will recieve one day penalty from the chat box.

18. Excessive cursing is considered spam, keep it to three times in per topic, but only ome in any given post. Warnings will be given if this rule is broken. RP-ing here is kept at clean standards. One execption is given is given.

19. Topic tags can be used for personal topics. [cussing],[adult content] (Sexual intent only; Sex writing will be deleted and IP bans given.) [drugs] (Smoking, drinking. Anything other than pure medical perscription and proper dosage to given product will be deleted and warnings given.) Crack addicts can post somewhere else...like Canada.

20. Hacking is becomming easy; make sure to copy what you have onto a computer and avoid obvious fraud. Tell me if people are asking for passwords; I'll crush them like peanuts to my lvl 9001 Ban hamma.

21. Don't ask to get exceptions from my laws. ever.

22. Don't like other forums to the chat box, I don't want out of place advertisements. I let guests post there, so don't push your luck. If you've advertised our site on a forum, make sure to advertise theirs here. It's polite.

23. Clone jutsu makes weaker clones for each being made. Making 1 will have a little draw backs, but if you have 7 their going to be 1/7 of you're abilites or be seven times than a single clone. If you want a clone to use a jutsu you must place more chakra into it, during it's creation. Calling hits will be like banquet for a hobo.

24. Make sure to follow stat rules; I use a buchered system of DandD to create this forum, and I give credit to the makers of that system.

25. This is the have fun rule, that allows people to Pm their questions concerning any rule they find odd, to me or an admin.
